Network Function Virtualization (NFV) in Unified Communications (UC) enables Enterprise IT, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and cloud-based UC-as-a-Service (UCaaS) providers to optimally plan, efficiently provision, monitor and operate secure UC&C environments and infrastructure.

Regardless of the networks, protocols or devices individual participants are using, NFV offers on-demand scalability, better resource utilization and investment protection to UCaaS providers.
